Non-commercial site with no economic activity.
Contact: to be completed.
Host
Host name: to be completed (virtual private server, VPS).
Host address: to be completed.
Fictional shop
TiK•TaK is a demo site. The watches, prices, limited editions and orders illustrate a shopping journey.
No sale takes place: no payment is requested, and no watch is made, shipped or billed.
Personal data
When you create an account, the site stores your name, your email address and, if you use Google, the address of your profile photo. It also stores the watches you build and your fictional orders.
This data only serves to run your account. It is neither sold nor used for advertising.
Sign-in relies on the better-auth library. With Google, Google verifies your identity and sends us your name, email address and photo. We never receive your Google password.
Text you send to the AI creation assistant is passed to an artificial intelligence model hosted by OpenRouter to produce a configuration suggestion.
Fonts and photos are served by this site: no third-party service receives your IP address to display them.
Your data is kept as long as your account exists. To access your data, correct it or delete your account, write to the publisher (see above). You may also contact the CNIL, the French data protection authority.
Cookies
The site sets two cookies, both necessary for it to work. Neither is used for tracking or advertising, so no consent banner is shown.
- Session cookie (better-auth): keeps you signed in. It expires after 7 days or when you sign out.
- Language cookie (langue): remembers French or English. It expires after one year.
Intellectual property
The TiK•TaK brand, the texts, the interface and the smartwatch drawings on the home page were created for this project. The configurator watch drawing comes from the course material provided by the teaching team.
The lifestyle photos come from Unsplash and are published under the Unsplash licence. They show smartwatches worn day to day, sometimes by other brands: none of them shows a TiK•TaK watch.
Fonts
Both fonts are free for commercial use and hosted on this site.
- Peace Sans, by Sergey Ryadovoy and Jovanny Lemonad (headings).
- Nohemi, by Rajesh Rajput (body text), used unmodified as its licence requires.
